Limited Restriction on Assisting Misuse of Goodwill Related To a Strategic Partner. For one (1) year following the Termination of Executive’s Employment, for whatever reason, Executive shall not perform Services as part of or in support of soliciting the supply of goods or services to manufacture a Competing Product or the manufacturing of a Competing Product from a Strategic Partner.
