Limited Restriction on Misuse of Goodwill Related To a Strategic Partner. For one (1) year following the Termination of Executive’s Employment, for whatever reason, Executive shall not solicit the supply of goods or services to manufacture a Competing Product or the manufacturing of a Competing Product from a Strategic Partner.
