Common use of Limited Right of Bondholders Against the Trustor Clause in Contracts

Limited Right of Bondholders Against the Trustor. Notwithstanding anything else contained herein to the contrary, the rights of the Trustee, Beneficiary and the Bondholders are subject to the terms and provisions of the Master Resolution and the Lease, in particular but not limited to Article XII of the Lease and Article XI of the Master Resolution. Additionally, no deficiency judgement upon foreclosure may be entered against Trustor, the City, the State of Utah or any of its political subdivisions.
