Limited Running Royalties for Exclusive License. The Sponsor agrees to pay the University a one percent (1%) royalty on the net sales of products or processes utilizing a Subject Invention in any full calendar year in which annual sales of such products or processes exceed twenty million dollars ($20,000,000).
