Common use of Limited Security Interest Clause in Contracts

Limited Security Interest. The Issuer and the Indenture Trustee intend that the property in which a Lien is Granted under this Indenture will be limited to the 20 - Exchange Note and the other Collateral as stated in the “Granting Clause” of this Indenture, and the Lien will not include direct rights in the Leases or Leased Vehicles or proceeds of the Leases or Leased Vehicles (other than for proceeds of the 20 - Exchange Note) or other property of the Titling Companies.
