Limited Technical Support Clause Samples

The Limited Technical Support clause defines the scope and extent of technical assistance that will be provided under the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies the types of support available, such as help with installation or troubleshooting, and may set boundaries on response times, support hours, or the channels through which support is offered. By clearly outlining what support is and is not included, this clause manages customer expectations and limits the provider's obligations, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over unmet support requests.
