The ‘sensitive’ and ‘non sensitive’ information collected on the MASH Enquiry Form will only be used by the MASH for the purposes of establishing whether a child or young person is suffering or is at risk of suffering harm and whether any serious criminal offences have been committed. Personal data will only be shared outside the MASH, in accordance with this agreement and in compliance with the GDPR 2018.
