Limited Warranties and Limitation on Liability. 6.1 Seller represents and warrants to Buyer that at the time of delivery (i) Seller will convey the products with good title, free from any lawful lien or encumbrance, (ii) to Seller’s knowledge, the manufacturing process or processes for the products and the products will not infringe any valid patents in the Seller's country, and (iii) the products materially conform to the written technical specifications for each such product (the “Product Warranty”). This limited Product Warranty extends only to Buyer and to no other person.
