Limited Warranty on Informatics Software. IM warrants to the Customer that for a period of [*] year from Customer Acceptance the Informatics Software will conform in all material aspects with its Specifications and the documentation supplied therewith. IM will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct any nonconformities reported to IM in writing or in electronic form during the warranty period. Procedures and response times in connection with claims under this Section 8.4 are set forth in Exhibit D.
