Limits, Deductibles and Retentions. i. No deductible or self-insured retention shall exceed $25,000 without prior written approval of the Owner, except as otherwise specified herein. All deductibles and/or retentions shall be paid by, assumed by, for the account of, and at the Contractor’s sole risk.
