Limits, Exception Payments. Bank reserves the right to limit the amount of payments, the number of payments, or the Billers that Client may designate through the Service. Client agrees not to send payments for gambling debts or other payments that are prohibited by Applicable Law through the Service (“Exception Payments”). Tax payments or court-ordered payments are also Exception Payments, and Client agrees that any such payments are at Client’s own risk. Bank will not be liable for any Losses resulting from Client scheduling Exception Payments through the Service or from Bank refusing to make any Exception Payments. Client agrees that Bank will have no obligation to research or resolve any claims resulting from Exception Payments being misapplied, misdirected or mis-posted.
