Common use of Limits of Liability and Blanket Policies Clause in Contracts

Limits of Liability and Blanket Policies. The insured limits of liability maintained by Tenant shall be selected by Tenant in a manner consistent with the commercially reasonable practices of similarly situated tenants engaged in the same or similar businesses operating in the same or similar location as the Leased Property. The limits of liability Tenant has in effect as of the Commencement Date satisfy the requirements of this Section as of the Commencement Date. The insurance required by this Article XIII may be effected by a policy or policies of blanket insurance and/or by a combination of primary and excess insurance policies (all of which may insure additional properties owned, operated or managed by Tenant or its Affiliates), provided each policy shall be satisfactory to Landlord, acting reasonably, including, the form of the policy, provided such policies comply with the provisions of this Article XIII.
