Common use of Limits of Partnership Clause in Contracts

Limits of Partnership. The relationship of the Partners governed by this Agreement shall be limited to the carrying on of the business of the Partnership in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Such relationship shall be construed and deemed to be a limited partnership for the sole and limited purpose of carrying on such business.
