Limits on Affiliate Transactions. Lessee shall not enter into any transaction with any Affiliate, including, without limitation, the purchase, sale or exchange of any property, the rendering of any service to or with any Affiliate and the making of any loan or other extension of credit, except in the ordinary course of, and pursuant to the reasonable requirements of, Lessee's business and upon fair and reasonable terms no less favorable to the Lessee than would be obtained in a comparable arms'-length transaction with any Person that is not an Affiliate.
