Limits on Demand Registrations. The Company shall not be required to effect any registration pursuant to Section 2.01 after three Demands requested by the Purchaser pursuant to Section 2.01 shall have been effected unless, after such three Demands have been effected, the Purchaser has not sold all shares of Registrable Securities then held by it. In that event, the Purchaser and the Company shall negotiate in good faith the provision by the Company of additional Demands pursuant to this Agreement as are reasonably appropriate.
