Common use of Limits On Options Clause in Contracts

Limits On Options. Each LIBO Rate Advance shall be in a minimum amount of $100,000 or a whole multiple of $100,000 in excess thereof and each Base Rate Advance shall be in a minimum amount of $100,000 or a whole multiple of $100,000 in excess thereof. At no time shall there be outstanding a total of more than ten (10) LIBO Rate Advances outstanding at any time.

At no time shall there be outstanding a total of more than ten three (103) LIBO Rate Advances outstanding at any timeAdvances.
