Limits on Purchase of Bonds. The Mortgage Lender (including a “related person” thereto, within the meaning of Section 144(a)(3) of the Code) may purchase Bonds; however, it shall not, pursuant to any arrangement, formal or informal, purchase Bonds in an amount related to the amount of Mortgage Loans to be originated by the Mortgage Lender pursuant to this Agreement.
