Limits on Purchase of Bonds. Neither the Servicer nor any “related person” thereto as defined in Section 144(a)(3) of the Code shall acquire Bonds in an amount related to the amount of Mortgage Loans to be serviced by the Servicer pursuant to this Agreement.
