Limits on Representatives Clause Samples
The "Limits on Representatives" clause defines restrictions on who may act as a representative for a party within the context of an agreement. Typically, this clause specifies qualifications, authority levels, or the maximum number of individuals who can serve as representatives, and may require that representatives be formally designated or meet certain criteria. By setting these boundaries, the clause helps prevent unauthorized or excessive representation, ensuring that only approved individuals can make decisions or commitments on behalf of a party, thereby reducing confusion and mitigating the risk of disputes over authority.
