Common use of Line Extension to Low Density Areas Clause in Contracts

Line Extension to Low Density Areas. Franchisee shall extend Cable Service to potential Subscribers upon request where the density standards of Section 3.2 are not satisfied in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Line Extension Cost Sharing Formula attached hereto as Exhibit D which Exhibit D is incorporated herein by reference. The Town may require Franchisee to verify the actual cost of the extension versus the estimated cost to determine whether refunds are due to or under-collections are due from the participating customers. Franchisee shall also extend service if Town, or any other governmental authority, agrees to pay the cost of the extension that a customer would be required to bear under the Line Extension Cost Sharing Formula.
