Common use of Line of Business; Acquisitions Clause in Contracts

Line of Business; Acquisitions. (a) Engage in any material line of business other than in substantially the same fields as the businesses conducted by the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries on the Closing Date or (b) make material acquisitions of any businesses that are not in substantially the same fields as the business conducted by the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries on the Closing Date.
