Common use of Line Splitting Clause in Contracts

Line Splitting. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment, Verizon shall provide CBB with access to line splitting in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s PA PUC Tariff No. 216, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern line splitting, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective ("Line Splitting"). Verizon shall provide CBB with access to Line Splitting in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.

Line Splitting. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment, Verizon shall provide CBB MLTC with access to line splitting in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s PA PUC Tariff No. 216, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern line splitting, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective ("Line Splitting"). Verizon shall provide CBB MLTC with access to Line Splitting in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.

Line Splitting. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment, Verizon shall provide CBB PW with access to line splitting in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s PA PUC Tariff No. 216, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern line splitting, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective ("Line Splitting"). Verizon shall provide CBB PW with access to Line Splitting in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.

Line Splitting. Verizon shall provide CBB NL with access to Line Splitting in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.

Verizon shall provide CBB Ymax with access to Line Splitting in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.

Verizon shall provide CBB CCA with access to Line Splitting in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.

Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment, Verizon shall provide CBB TNCI with access to line splitting in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s PA PUC Tariff No. 216, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern line splitting, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective ("Line Splitting"). Verizon shall provide CBB TNCI with access to Line Splitting in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.

Line Splitting. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment, Verizon shall provide CBB KDL with access to line splitting in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s PA PUC Tariff No. 216, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern line splitting, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective ("Line Splitting"). Verizon shall provide CBB KDL with access to Line Splitting in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.

Line Splitting. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment, Verizon shall provide CBB Connectel with access to line splitting in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s PA PUC Tariff No. 216, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern line splitting, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective ("Line Splitting"). Verizon shall provide CBB Connectel with access to Line Splitting in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.

Verizon shall provide CBB VNCI with access to Line Splitting in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.

Line Splitting. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment, Verizon shall provide CBB with access to line splitting in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s PA PUC Tariff No. 216DTE MA No.17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern line splitting, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective ("Line Splitting"). Verizon shall provide CBB with access to Line Splitting in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.
