Common use of Lines of Business Clause in Contracts

Lines of Business. The Company will not, nor will it cause or permit any of its Designated Subsidiaries to, engage to any material extent in any business other than the businesses of the type conducted by the Company and its Designated Subsidiaries on the date hereof and business activities reasonably related or incidental thereto (including any new insurance and reinsurance businesses by any Insurance Subsidiary in the ordinary course of its business).

Lines of Business. The Company will not, nor will it cause or permit any of its Designated Subsidiaries to, engage to any material extent in any business other than the businesses of the type conducted by the Company and its Designated Subsidiaries on the date hereof and business activities reasonably related or incidental thereto (including any new insurance and reinsurance businesses by any Insurance Subsidiary in the ordinary course of its businessSubsidiary).

Lines of Business. The Company will not, nor and will it cause or not permit any of its Designated Subsidiaries to, engage to any material extent in any business other than the businesses of the type conducted by the Company and its Designated Subsidiaries on the date hereof and business activities businesses reasonably related or incidental thereto (including any new insurance and reinsurance businesses by any Insurance Subsidiary in the ordinary course of its business)or ancillary thereto.

The Company will not, nor and will it not permit or cause or permit any of its Designated Subsidiaries to, engage to any material extent in any business other than the long-term care insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, employer- and employee-paid group and individual benefits, including retirement products, and other businesses of the type conducted engaged in by the Company and its Designated such Subsidiaries on the date hereof and or any business activities reasonably related related, ancillary or incidental thereto (including any new insurance and reinsurance businesses by any Insurance Subsidiary in the ordinary course of its business)or that are reasonable extensions thereof.

The Company will not, nor will it cause or permit any of its Designated Subsidiaries to, engage to any material sub- stantial extent in any line or lines of business activity other than the businesses lines of the type business substantially similar to that conducted by the Company and its Designated Subsidiaries on the date hereof and business activities reasonably related or incidental thereto (including any new insurance and reinsurance businesses by any Insurance Subsidiary in the ordinary course of its business)hereof.

Lines of Business.
