Link License. Red Cross grants Company a limited, nonexclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable license to use the Red Cross Marks on Company’s website as a hypertext reference link (“Link”) to the home page of the Red Cross website at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx (the “Red Cross Website”) solely for purposes of providing a Link to the Red Cross Website in association with the Program. Company agrees it shall not (i) display or use the Link in a manner that causes the Red Cross Website or any portion of the content on the website to display within a frame, or otherwise incorporate the Red Cross Website’s content into any third-party web site; (ii) alter, block or otherwise prevent display of any content on the Red Cross Website, or (iii) Link to the Red Cross Website through any other website than Company’s website without the prior written consent of Red Cross.
Link License. IDX is hereby granted the right to create and maintain one or more links (the "Links") on the Physician Homebase and any similar product developed or sold by IDX in the future (the "IDX.xxx Xxxducts"). The Links shall allow the user to view Courses and other content ("HealthStream Content") available on HealthStream's web site currently located at www.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, xx any successor web site (the "HealthStream Web Site"), in a format mutually acceptable to the parties. This license includes the non-exclusive, worldwide right to use, display and perform the T.NAV(R), T.NAV(R)iCommerce software products and the Courses or HealthStream Content, and to authorize users of the IDX.xxx Xxxducts to copy, download and/or print Courses or HealthStream Content, or portions thereof, for their medical practice use, in any media now existing or developed in the future, except as specifically prohibited by notice contained in the Courses or HealthStream Content. The Links shall consist of one or more of HealthStream's Marks (as defined below).
Link License. VerticalNet hereby grants to LeadersOnline a non- exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free right and license to link to the VerticalNet Site. The Link will access the Listing Page of the VerticalNet Site located at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.
