Links and Notices. Biovail shall include a notice on the Product Web Site informing visitors that the Product Web Site relates solely to topical (excluding ophthalmic) presentations of the Products in the Territory. Upon the request of GSK, Biovail shall also post and maintain on the Product Web Site information or hyperlinks regarding availability of (i) the Products or other acyclovir products produced by, for or under license from GSK or its Affiliates for sale or use outside the Territory or (ii) other acyclovir products other than the Products produced by, for or under license from GSK or its Affiliates for sale or use in the Territory. Biovail may include on the Product Web Site hyperlinks to corporate web sites of Biovail or its Affiliates, but shall not include on the Product Web Site hyperlinks to any other product websites.
