Certain Agreements Related to Deposits Subject to Section 2.2, the Assuming Institution agrees to honor the terms and conditions of any written escrow or mortgage servicing agreement or other similar agreement relating to a Deposit liability assumed by the Assuming Institution pursuant to this Agreement.
CERTIFICATION REGARDING USE OF CONTRACT FUNDS FOR LOBBYING This provision is applicable to all Federal-aid construction contracts and to all related subcontracts which exceed $100,000 (49 CFR 20).
Use of Funds for Lobbying Prohibited The Provider shall comply with the provisions of sections 11.062 and 216.347, F.S., which prohibit the expenditure of contract funds for the purpose of lobbying the Legislature, judicial branch, or a State agency.
Application to Investments This Agreement shall apply to investments made in the territory of either Contracting Party in accordance with its laws, regulations or national policies by investors of the other Contracting Party prior to as well as after the entry into force of this Agreement.
Monitoring of Contribution Limitations Information The Custodian shall not be responsible for monitoring the amount of contributions made to the designated beneficiary’s account or the income levels of any depositor or contributor for purposes of assuring compliance with applicable state or federal tax laws.
Information on Postings a) All job postings shall indicate the following: - date of posting and closing date of posting - hours of work, including start and stop times and days off - pay rate - worksite and work area - start date of position - summary of job description/duties - required qualifications
Provisions Applicable to Certain Agreements The provisions in this section are applicable only to the types of orders specified in the first sentence of each subsection. If this Agreement is not of the type described in the first sentence of a subsection, then that subsection does not apply to the Agreement.
Restriction on Disbursements No Entitlement Funds shall be disbursed to the Developer or contractor except pursuant to a written contract, which incorporates by reference the general conditions of this contract.
Compliance Check an audit of Vendor’s compliance with the Contract may be performed by, but not limited to, a third party auditor, DIR Internal Audit department, or DIR contract management staff or their designees.
Limitation on Distributions Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the Partnership and the General Partner, on behalf of the Partnership, shall not be required to make a distribution to a Partner on account of its interest in the Partnership if such distribution would violate the Act or any other applicable law.
