Liquidated Damages 15. 1. Subject to GCC Clause 17, if the Service Provider fails to provide the Services as per requirement/ within the period(s) specified in the Contract, the Procuring Agency shall, without prejudice to its other remedies under the Contract, deduct from the Contract Price, as liquidated damages, a sum equivalent to the percentage specified in SCC of the delivered price of the delayed Goods or unperformed Services for each week or part thereof of delay until actual delivery or performance, up to a maximum deduction of the percentage specified in SCC. Once the maximum is reached, the Procuring Agency may consider termination of the Contract pursuant to GCC Clause 16 along with other remedies available under PPR-14.
