Liquidating Trustee’s Declining to Execute Documents. If, in the reasonable opinion of the Liquidating Trustee, any document required to be executed pursuant to the terms of Section 13.2 hereof adversely affects any right, obligation, immunity or indemnity in favor of the Liquidating Trustee under this Agreement, the Liquidating Trustee may in its discretion decline to execute such document.
