Liquidation of Assets Upon Dissolution. 21.4.1. Upon dissolution of the Company, the Manager shall cause the Company’s assets to be sold or retained for distribution in kind, as the Manager determines to be appropriate but subject in each case to the approval of the RTI Member. Pending the sale or distribution of the Company’s assets, the Company may continue to operate and otherwise deal with the assets of the Company.
