Liquidation of the Company. In the event of the liquidation, dissolution, or winding up of the Company, a notice thereof shall be sent to the Holder at least 15 days before the record date specified for determining holders of the Shares entitled to receive any distribution upon such liquidation, dissolution, or winding up.
