Common use of Liquidation Reports Clause in Contracts

Liquidation Reports. Upon the foreclosure sale of any Mortgaged Property or the acquisition thereof by the Trust Fund pursuant to a deed in lieu of foreclosure, the Special Servicer shall submit to the Trustee and the Master Servicer a liquidation report with respect to such Mortgaged Property. In addition, the Special Servicer shall provide the Master Servicer a report setting forth Servicing Advances and other expenses incurred in connection with the liquidation of any Transferred Mortgage Loan.
