Common use of Liquidation Yield Reserve Account Clause in Contracts

Liquidation Yield Reserve Account. The Custodian shall ensure that the Series 2023-1 Liquidation Yield Reserve Account and all funds deposited therein are kept separate and segregated from the Custodian’s assets, the Series 2023-1 Co-Owner’s and the Seller’s, respectively, other assets, and from the assets attributable to any other Series delivered and deposited pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
