Liquidia Respiratory Product. The following shall apply with respect to termination by GSK pursuant to Section 15.2 or by Liquidia pursuant to Section 15.3, in either case, in connection with termination of the Agreement solely with respect to the Liquidia Respiratory Product or the Agreement in its entirety. If GSK has exercised the Liquidia Respiratory Option prior to such termination, then GSK’s Liquidia Respiratory License shall terminate and the following shall apply:
