Liquidity Agreement. The Liquidity Agreement shall be in full force and effect and the Lender shall have obtained sufficient funds to permit it to make such Advance through the issuance of Commercial Paper as provided in the Liquidity Agreement or through the borrowing of such funds from the Liquidity Lenders.
