LIQUIDITY FACILITY PROVIDER UNDERTAKING. The Liquidity Facility Provider undertakes to the Trustee that it will do everything and take all such actions which are necessary (including, without limitation, obtaining all such authorisations and approvals as are appropriate) to ensure that it is able to exercise all its powers and remedies and perform all its obligations under this Agreement, other arrangements entered into by the Liquidity Facility Provider pursuant to this Agreement and each Transaction Document to which it is a party.
