Common use of Liquor Licenses Clause in Contracts

Liquor Licenses. By its execution of the WSA Form, the Customer represents that it is not a named party on any Illinois wholesale, retail, on-premises or any other liquor license and acknowledges that the Customer could be in violation of applicable laws and would cause the Company to be in violation of applicable laws if the Customer were a named party to such licenses. The Customer agrees to indemnify the Company and the Company’s members, managers (if any), employees, agents and other representatives from and against any loss incurred by the Company as a result of the Customer’s failure to uphold its representations and acknowledgements under this subsection.

The Customer agrees to indemnify the Company and the Company’s members, managers (if any), employees, agents and other representatives from and against any loss incurred by the Company as a result of the Customer’s failure to uphold its representations and acknowledgements under this subsection.
