Common use of List of Assets Clause in Contracts

List of Assets. A list of each of the assets included in the Surplus and Related Assets shall have been provided to the Insurer immediately prior to the issuance of the Initial Policies and such list shall substantially conform with the description of the Surplus and Related Assets as described in Exhibit D to the Indenture.
