A list of all Client’s prohibited software and hardware is attached as Appendix G to this PSO and is incorporated herein by reference. · Client will provide approved hardware, software, connectivity, accounts, user id’s, office space, phone, fax and reprographic facilities for Watchit Media personnel at Client location at Showboat in Atlantic City, NJ. · Client will provide Watchit Media with access to 3rd-party tools used by Client and their documentation for execution of the Project, such tools and documentation being defined as Client’s Confidential Information in accordance with Section 12 of the Master Agreement and subject to the Confidentiality provision of Section 12 of the Master Agreement. · Client will provide access to Client building during office hours and if necessary, after office hours, on week-ends and holidays. · THIS PSO ASSUMES NO ACCESS TO CLIENT’S PRODUCTION SYSTEMS.
