Common use of List of Commodity Interests Traded by the Trading Advisor Clause in Contracts

List of Commodity Interests Traded by the Trading Advisor. (i) The Trading Advisor shall provide the Fund and the Manager with a complete list of commodity interests which it intends to trade on the Fund's behalf. All commodity interests other than regulated futures contracts and options on regulated futures contracts traded on a qualified board or exchange in the United States shall be listed on Appendix A to this Agreement. The addition of commodity interests (other than forward contracts on foreign currencies) to the Fund's portfolio managed by the Trading Advisor as set forth in Appendix A to this Agreement shall require prior written notice to the Fund or the Manager and an amendment to Appendix A. (ii) The Trading Advisor acknowledges and agrees that U.S. investors are prohibited from trading in certain instruments -- for example, certain "contracts for differences," and certain non-U.S. stock index futures and related options.
