Common use of List of Current Sub Clause in Contracts

List of Current Sub. processors and Notification of New Sub-processors. MIRAGE shall make available to Customer the current list of Sub-processors for the Services identified in Schedule 3. Such Sub-processor lists shall include the identities of those Sub-processors and their country of location (“Sub- processor Lists”). Customer may find on MIRAGE’s Legal Webpage (also accessible via xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx-xxxxxxx.xx/legal ) a mechanism to subscribe to notifications of new Sub-processors for each applicable Service, to which Customer shall subscribe, and if Customer subscribes, MIRAGE shall provide notification of a new Sub- processor(s) before authorizing any new Sub-processor(s) to Process Personal Data in connection with the provision of the applicable Services.

MIRAGE Company shall make available to Customer in Schedule 1 of this DPA the current list of Sub-processors for the Services identified in Schedule 3Appendix 3 of the Standard Contractual Clauses attached hereto. Such Sub-processor lists shall include the identities of those Sub-Sub- processors and their country of location (“Sub- Infrastructure and Sub-processor ListsDocumentation”). Customer may find on MIRAGE’s Legal Webpage (also accessible via xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx-xxxxxxx.xx/legal ) a mechanism contact the Company by emailing xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx to subscribe to notifications of new Sub-processors for each applicable Service, to which Customer shall subscribereceive, and if Customer subscribes, MIRAGE Company shall provide notification of a new Sub- processor(s) before authorizing any new Sub-processor(s) to Process Personal Data in connection with the provision of the applicable Services.
