List of Current Sub. processors and Notification of New Sub- processors. When requested by the Client, the Provider shall make available to Client an up-to-date list of all Sub- processors used for the processing of Client Personal Data.

When requested by the Client, the Provider shall make available to Client an up-to-date list of all Sub- Sub-processors used for the processing of Client Personal Data. The list of Sub-processors that are currently authorized by Provider to access Personal Data may be listed on a website maintained by Provider.

When requested by the Client, the Provider shall make available to Client an up-to-date Customer may find a current list of all Sub- Sub-processors used for the processing Services in the Security and Privacy Documentation (“Sub- processor List”). The Sub-processor List shall include the identities of Client those Sub-processors and their country of location. Thunderhead shall notify Customer of new Sub-processors for each applicable Service by updating the Sub-processor List and notifying Customer via email before authorizing any new Sub- processor(s) to Process Personal DataData in connection with the provision of the applicable Services.
