Common use of List of Current Sub Clause in Contracts

List of Current Sub. processors and Notification of New Sub-processors. MIRAGE shall make available to Customer the current list of Sub-processors for the Services identified in Schedule 3. Such Sub-processor lists shall include the identities of those Sub-processors and their country of location (“Sub- processor Lists”). Customer may find on MIRAGE’s Legal Webpage (also accessible via xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx-xxxxxxx.xx/legal ) a mechanism to subscribe to notifications of new Sub-processors for each applicable Service, to which Customer shall subscribe, and if Customer subscribes, MIRAGE shall provide notification of a new Sub- processor(s) before authorizing any new Sub-processor(s) to Process Personal Data in connection with the provision of the applicable Services.

Customer may find on MIRAGE’s Legal Webpage the Trimble Privacy Center (also accessible via xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx-xxxxxxx.xx/legal ) xxx.Xxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx a mechanism to subscribe to notifications of new Sub-processors for each applicable Service, to which Customer shall subscribe, and if Customer subscribes, MIRAGE Trimble shall provide notification of a new Sub- processor(s) before authorizing any new Sub-processor(s) to Process Personal Data in connection with the provision of the applicable Services.
