Common use of List of Equipment Clause in Contracts

List of Equipment. Prior to the commencement of the term of this Agreement, the Corporation shall complete all relevant sections of Schedule “A”. The Lessee is entitled to inspect and verify the condition of the Equipment prior to leasing the same hereunder. Subject to any dispute by the Lessee as to the condition of the Equipment, the Equipment shall be deemed to be in the condition set forth in Schedule “A” prepared by the Corporation.
