List of Events of Defaults. Each of the following events will be an Event of Default: (a) Non payment of sums due: if the Issuer defaults for 7 days or more in the payment of any sum or delivery of any assets due in respect of the Notes provided that default in any payment or delivery due on final redemption of the Notes will be an Event of Default immediately; or
