List of existing damages. Tenant has the right to have the dwelling unit inspected by the Landlord in the Tenant’s presence so the Landlord can make a written list of damages that exist at the commencement of the tenancy if the Tenant makes this request to the Landlord by certified mail within fifteen (15) days of the Tenant’s occupancy. This list is for information only, and Landlord/Agent shall not be obligated to make any repairs except as specified by this Lease or as required by law. At the termination of the tenancy, the Tenant has the right to be present at the time of inspection to determine if there is any damage to the premises if Tenant notifies Landlord by certified mail at least fifteen (15) days prior to Tenant's date of moving of Tenant's intention to move, date of moving and new address. Upon receipt of notice, Landlord/Agent shall notify Tenant by certified mail of the time and date when the premises are to be inspected. The inspection date shall occur within five (5) days before or five (5) days after the Tenant’s (or Landlord’s) intended moving date as designated in Tenant's (or Landlord’s) notice.
