List of Potential Arbitrators. ColumbiaGrid shall establish, and from time to time update, a list of not less than 5 potential arbitrators. Potential arbitrators on such list shall be generally knowledgeable about electric utility matters and policies, criteria, and regulatory requirements applicable to the Regional Interconnected Systems. ColumbiaGrid shall furnish such list for use pursuant to section 17.2.
