Common use of List of Purchasers Clause in Contracts

List of Purchasers. If reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent, a certificate of an Authorized Officer of the Borrower setting forth a list of Persons purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or any other Credit Party which collectively account for at least ninety percent (90%) of the revenues resulting from the sale of all Hydrocarbons from the Borrower and such other Credit Parties during the most recently ended fiscal year.
