Common use of List of Restricted Securities Owners Clause in Contracts

List of Restricted Securities Owners. The Company shall provide to the Depositary a list setting forth, to the actual knowledge of the Company, those persons or other entities that beneficially own Restricted Securities as of the date of this Deposit Agreement, and the Company shall update that list on a regular basis as reasonably requested by the Depositary. The Company agrees to advise in writing each of the persons or other entities so listed that Restricted Securities, so long as they remain Restricted Securities, are ineligible for deposit under this Deposit Agreement. The Depositary may rely on such a list or update but shall not be liable for any action or omission made in reliance thereon.
