Common use of List of Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

List of Subsidiaries. All of the direct and indirect Subsidiaries of the Borrower as of the date hereof are listed on Schedule 3.16 to this Agreement and the respective number of shares of authorized Capital Stock and issued and outstanding Capital Stock of each such Subsidiary are as set forth on such schedule.
