Listed Definitions. Capitalized words defined in the Glossary attached hereto as Exhibit 2.1 shall have such defined meanings wherever used in this Agreement and the other Loan Documents. The inclusion of a defined term in the Glossary that is not used elsewhere in this Agreement or in the other Loan Documents shall not affect the interpretation or construction of this Agreement or the other Loan Documents.
