Listed Documents and Other Items. Administrative Agent shall have received on or before the Effective Date all of the documents and other items listed or described in Exhibit 8.1.1 hereto as being conditions to the initial Revolving Loan Advances as being delivered or executed on or before the Execution Date, with each being satisfactory to Lenders and (as applicable) duly executed and (also as applicable), attested, acknowledged, certified, or authenticated.
